Why so Damm Early?-LOL That's a movie that can be on Christmas Eve Night or Christmas Night Mysty Eyes 12-25-2003, 03:01 AM Well, many folks aren't watching TV tonight. They are either preparing for tomorrow or are partying. So the TV stations don't bother with much special programming; they figure that the viewship numbers are going to be much lower than normal. My cable is on the fritz anyway, making many of my channels not available, so I'm kind of glad they're not showing much. So I don't need to be angry and frustrated by the message I get: This channel will be available shortly. But of course, it never tunes in. :tv:  Nanny Fine 12-25-2003, 08:01 AM I had plenty to watch last night. My daughter and I watched Emmet Otters Jug Band Christmas. ABC had sitcoms, CBS showed King of Queens, Roseanne etc was on Nick at Nite. So they weren't Christmas specials but there was lots on. I also have the National Lampoons Christmas movie. If you want to watch Chritsmas movies on Christmas eve you should buy a couple and have them on hand so when there is nothing on...you can already have them. It's best National Lampoon movie and with A Christmas Story it's the best Chrsitmas movie ever. For kids best one is Emmet Otters Jug Band Christmas. :) jayman75 12-25-2003, 11:32 AM SA -- Maybe instead of being so freakin concerned about TV on Christmas Eve, why don't you spend time with your family or friends? Don't sit around and watch TV all night long -- go do something nice for someone instead. Video stores have those movies all year long. Get over it. Merry Christmas. TVFactFan 12-25-2003, 11:38 AM Originally posted by jayman75 SA -- Maybe instead of being so freakin concerned about TV on Christmas Eve, why don't you spend time with your family or friends? The best thing to do is just buy the movies that you really like, that way you can watch them whenever you want and don't have to worry about commercials and stuff being edited out. musicradio77 12-25-2003, 02:03 PM Originally posted by mr roper The only thing on is the Christmas Story on TNT. The answer to that is simple. First of all, A Christmas Story is on. Second, It's A Wonderful Life was on yesterday too. And Christmas Story's alrite, but i get tired of it. Brent88 12-25-2003, 11:11 PM Christmas Vacation 2 SUCKED! Be glad you missed it... it is not anywhere near as good as the Chevy Chase ones. It didn't have Chevy, Beverly, or the original kids in it(although the original Audrey who is now like 35 was in it portraying a teenager), what a mess. *Pleasant Tomorrow* 12-25-2003, 11:15 PM I've been watching SNL all day on Comedy Central, and then South Park after that. Now THAT'S TV  I get sick of the Christmas movies...I only like those before Christmas. I did watch A Christmas story once today, though.
