View Full Version : Sara Gilbert On Tv Alert (Dec 11) db108108 12-09-2003, 12:44 PM I was just watching Ellen and Sara Gilbert was on. Man, her real voice is annoying! I didn't know that her Darlene voice wasn't her real one.... Anyway, she's going to be on Will & Grace this Thursday at 9pm playing an obsessed Barry Manilow fan. But when she was doing the interview with Ellen, it was NOT Darlene's voice. HaskellGirl 12-23-2003, 01:48 PM I have an interview of Sara Gilbert from a few years ago (when the cast was on Roseanne's talk show), and her voice sounded like Darlene's when Darlene wasn't being so sarcastic. Usually Darlene has a low voice, but sometimes when the character is just talking and not being so "Darlene-ish", her voice gets higher and that's just what Sara sounds like. db108108 12-23-2003, 04:19 PM Sorry, but I like Darlene's voice alot better. Just saw her in an old(er) movie called $30. It was a short in which she polayed a prostitute.
