Second, there is no Defamation Act of 1997, except in Canada where there is no section 107.31.

Any ethics code with the section 107.31 is various medical codes and nothing to do with slander.

you are right this guy sends out fake confirmation numbers. said he would send same day as me and claims i send him crap which aint true i even sent him my master copies. watch out for him if you trade with him make sure you tell him to send first or tell him to forget it

I also have an Email from this guy saying he's going to "press charges" against me, because I posted him as a bad trader. I ripped me off 48 tapes.

Here's the email the guy sent me when I never received the 48 tapes he told me he had sent (three times!!)
