I think it was equal. Fred felt the same way about Esther's face as he did about Rollo's stealing.

He just could not get over just how UGLY she was. He has helped her in the past by giving money to her charity (Episode: By The Numbers) and helped her and Woody when they adopted Daniel; (Episode: Aunt Esther has a baby). I do not think though he had anything for Rollo. He hated him for always leading Lamont astray. Fred actually hated all of Lamont's friends (Rollo, Julio, Ah-Chew). I loved it when Fred threw a piece of cheese at Rollo after he thinks he is hitting on Donna!!
