i did the same thing when i was in 7th grade. i was grounded for a long time.

I never got grounded.... but I was in HUGE trouble and my mom signed her name and dated it... but I ripped the date off so the teacher wouldn't see it- and she never did!

And then I also downloaded AIM w/out permission and then was on the internet for 6 hours stright waiting for my friend to get on (it was before we got Comcast.) My dad found out I was on it for 6 hours and then got on my e-mail to see what I was looking at (since I told him I was gonna chaeck my email). He still doesn't know that I had AIM before he gave me permission.

My day was... great, actually! My bus got to school earlier than usual, so I could finish the homework I didn't finish, I passed a math test, I had chorus today, and right before chorus I got a kiss :D :p (it was just a friendly one), my teacher said I would do great at my audition, my friend gave me his screenname, my other friend told me I had a beautiful singing voice, I got to baby sit for the sweetest baby in the world, and I got home and found 8 emails from my friends waiting for me!

The only bad thing was I think I failed a science test... and I have ANOTHER science test tomorrow!!!

So how was your day?

I saw one episode and havent seen it since. My brother's a huge fan, though.

All the kids in my school talk about the O.C. and One Tree Hill. The other day this girl asked me what kind of tv I watched and I told her Cheers. She starting laughing and said "No, really what do you watch?" :rolleyes: I hate everything on t.v. today. The only show I really like is That 70s Show. I watch it with my mom. Frasier's okay, too.

I'm more of an "oldie's show" girl. Most of the kids nowadays are watching things like Anmie (or however you spell it), but it doesn't interest me. The only Nickelodeon cartoon shows that are really okay with me are "The Fairly Oddparents", "Spongebob", and "As Told by Ginger".

I have the People mag that is pink with the cast on it(if you guys know what I am talking about), and that was really good. OMG... I knoe EXACTLY what you mean!! With me I HATE getting up early and doing my homework, but when I'm AT school I'm pretty much okay.

But now it's getting to the point where I can't STAND school. I even became depressed awhile ago because of it. I know it sounds dumb, but after everything I went through the yaer before, plus stuff over the summer, and starting a new school, it was all too much. And occasionally, I still get depressed. It sucks.

I'm very depressed :o I hate school, and pretty much everything else. The only things that truly make me happy is Cheers and The Ataris. Mostly Cheers, though. I'm usually a good student, honest and I try to be an angel but lately I've been slacking off. It also doesn't help that I have a terrible social life. :)

Okay that's so weird... we could be sisters... I'm feeling the same way, and it freaks me out. I have a terrible social life, usually and a goos student, and have been slacking off. The only things making me happy are Cheers, The Nanny (don't ask), Clay Aiken, and my All State Audition, since I'm doing so much better with that (not to brag or anything).

I was really depressed last year...most of my social life revolved around Cheers and this site. I have made some great friends on here, but this year i'm more involved in school and it's really helped me social wise. I'm not really the norm around here...no pun intended. I mean how many Cheers watching, movie loving, Queen listening, 16 year old girls are there? not many

I bet that if everyone at this board went to the same school, we'd all get along so well (well... most of us). We could start a Cheers club or something. That would be awesome.

Oh I have a great social life. I get along with most everyone but there still are some that hate me. Wiggers, I can deal without having there friendship. I think thats why I get in trouble, because I just talk to people too much. But some people dont like me for stupid ****, just cause i'm a skater. Oh and I wear my pants kind of on the tight side. I got:
Psychology: 80% in the test, and a 92% in the class
AP American History: 90% on the test and an 89.5% in the class
AP spanish: 84% on the test and a 95% in the class
English III Honors: 88% on the test and a 97% in the class

I did ok this quater but I have to try a littl eharder...especially in history

Well, we have to do one lab report every week; sometimes two. I just got my grades back, and I got a 90 and a 91. I'm so mad, because he took off TEN POINTS for leaving out his little "Safety Procedures"! :rolleyes: Gimme a break. He's totally out to get me! If it wasn't that, I'm sure he'd find something ELSE wrong with it to flip out on!

My average is now 98, even with the two 90s, but I'm going for valedictorian, here! C'mon, people!

I had to do a group project about the Civil War in history class, and my teacher (who's AWESOME...don't get me wrong) decided to PICK the groups. I got stuck with the absolute WORST possible people! They did NOTHING! I wound up doing all the work, and they couldn't even PRESENT it right. It was pathetic, but TOTALLY not my fault. Now, I'll wind up getting a crappy grade on it because of them! AAHHH!!! :mad: :mad: :mad:

Oh, well...tomorrow's a new day! Right now, I'm writing a letter to sign up for the Editor-in-Chief of our school's eighth grade yearbook committee. Wish me luck! :D

And I hate when the teacher puts you in the worst possible group. It's always the ones that never listen, goof off, and get bad grades. And somehow, you're stuck doing all the work, and when you go to tell the teacher about it, they either say:
"Okay... I'll talk to them" and never do
"Well, that's not my problem, now is it?"
"Well, work harder next time"
or
"Well, I'll put you in a better group next time." and never do.
So what's up with this????
Anyway, my day was aight... I passed a Spanish speaking test with an 88%, and like I said earlier, got to sing in front of my chorus class. During school, though, the tech ed room (which is a separate building) caught on fire and they had to evacuate. Nothing serious (DARNIT!), though. I wish our school would burn so I could go to the other high school where all my friends are.

That sux. I'm hungry. I want sum food!!

I think it's good that they didn't pull a "Nick Colasanto". I thought it was a great episode, and I think it was good that they addressed the issue instead of just pretending like nothing happened. God, I'm crying and I'm not even much of a John Ritter fan. You could tell that the cast wasn't acting, most of the time they were really crying, or trying not too. Very sad. :(

I just got done watching it. It made me cry. I kept thinking about how guilty I would feel if I kept telling my dad I hate him, and then he suddenly died. It's such a creepy thought.

It was sad. I've been told never to tell someone I hate them! cuz at anytime that could happen!

I thought about that , too. I could never live down the fact that my last words to a loved one before they died wasn't I love you.

Even though it's just a TV show it's still tells you an important thing about life.

I agree. On Cheers, all that happened was "Coach passed away", and they just leave the audience like "Whaaaaat?" At least, that's how I was since I didn't know he'd died in real life. I liked how on 8 Simple Rules, they made an entire episode for him. It was tough to watch, but it was a really good situation so that the "youngsters" who watch this show know a little more about how to deal with the death of loved one.
Did that make sense? If not, just try to pull it together so it does.

I only saw the last few minutes, but I was in TEARS! :crying: I think what got me was the fact that all of it was TRUE! I mean, when I see a sad movie, I can always talk myself out of crying because I can say, "This whole thing is made up!" But this one wasn't. Every emotion...every tear...was real, and that's the sad part. :(

Hello all, :wave:

Just got home from a rough day of school. I failed my science test with a low and pathetic 45%, got the wrong piece of gum... i grabbed a piece that sticks to your teeth and feels like stuck rubber, not very pleasent, wrote what I thought was a beautiful essay for English, and it turns out I was writing it wrong, and we had a real fire problem.
Actually, the fire drill thing was funny. We were sitting there in science talking about how the Earth is getting closer to the sun because winter comes, and some random kid goes "Are we all gonna die?" And the teacher's like "Yes, we're all gonna die" and the fire alarm rang! Then suddenly this cloud of... something smokelike came up, and he goes "See, no need to panic. We're all in heaven." It was really funny.
Other than that... yuck. At least I have time off tonight.

school sucked.

The "8 Simple Rules" episode was nice.

The funniest episode of TV EVER was on last night, "Frasier" gets better and better all the time.
(Although Cheers will always be #1!!)

I have 2 days off! Monday and Tuesday thank god! School sucks. All I do is write my play I'm aiming for it to be around 100 pages I'm doing pretty well so far I have 20 pages and I started two days ago and I only work 20 minutes a day. So I'm doin alright.

For some reason whenever I make an avatar 150x150 it still says it's too big. I thought it was like that with everybodys but looking around other avis are 150x150. The biggest it'll let me do is 125x125 or something. :mad:

Oh yeah my dad loves Queen. I know a lot about older music since I grew up on it. My parents love classic rock. My mom, shes obsessed with David Bowie and both of my parents love Pink Floyd. Since my dad brings me everywhere with him, I've grown used to listening to his music in the car. So, yeah I know Queen's music.
