I am incredibly worn out!! I had so much homework to do, plus I had a really rough day (I was so pissed of that one of my friends asked if I had PMS... lol). Plus I've been singing all afternoon since I have my first rehersal and STILL can't get the song right!!! *Sings* "Sing prasie to God with one accord, all nations join to prasie the Lord..." (What if someone sings that but doesn't believe in God?!?!)

I STILL say that it's very disloyal to be a fan of both Sam Malone and the Yankees, but oh well. Hopefully the Sox will win tomorrow. Although if they do, the fans might burn the city down; there's been so much rioting. We have TONS of extra security all over campus. It's worth it though. GO SOX!!! :D

There were riots here when we won the NCAA basketball tourney.

there were HUGE riots up in Chicago. Anyone who caught a homerun had to be escorted from they stadium. They all wanted to kill him and steal the ball! People chanted "kill him kill him!"

That's so pathetic.

That guy who tried to catch the homerun shouldn't be held responsible for the Cub's lose. Anyone in their right mind would have gone for that ball. I know I would have.

Actually the famous foul as they call it was foul ball that DID NOT loose the game but it's the way people blame things

Hehe, ok, so I'm in the middle of a marathon study session for a midterm tomorrow in a class called "The Evolution of Human Nature," and I'm trying to finish up the reading. Well, much to my surprise, I just came upon a picture of Sam and Diane on the airplane in "One for the Road" while reading a journal article on adaptation and reproduction. The caption says "Stereotypical images of the womanizing male and the marriage-minded female are caricatures of the underlying sexual strategies of men and women. In the television program "Cheers" the character played by the actor Ted Danson exhibited the short-term male sexual strategy of mating with many women. The character played by the actress Shelley Long exhibited the female strategy of seeking a male willing to commit to a long-term relationship." Ok, I realize that I'm exhausted and I'm probably the only one who thinks it's funny, but I would have never used Sam and Diane as the perfect example of anything except dysfunction. (In a good way, of course).

:nod: yes we are on what my school likes to call the "block system" you see we have 8 clases or credits in total at the end of each year (granted you don't fail any classes) first term (from Sept. to January) we take 4 clases and Second term we take the rest. So we have 2 hours per class each day which means that we have to do 2 days worth of work per class each day so by the end of the term it accounts for 1 entire year. So when everybody else is getting their first report cards, we are getting ours but we have midterms for those four classes. then we have finals in January and then we start all over again with the next four classes (Unless you take AP ((which I am)) and then 1 AP class lasts for 2 terms and it's worth 2 different credits).

PSATs for me, too. But I don't have to take it yet, unless I wanted to.

It said that they all use to be late for rehearsals because they were playing foosball, and that once Shelley Long was late and keeping everyone waiting to start shooting so Ted went into her dressing room and went off on her. They talked a lot about Shelley being an outkast from the rest of the cast. I wish I could have taped it. :(

I hate that one! They completely bash Shelley throughout the entire episode! I mean I know things weren't all rosy over there...but who are they to kill my illusions of backstage bliss?

You're right. I hated when they were talking about how at the end of the series everyone had gone their seperate ways, and they were very divided. I like to think of the Cheers cast as a little happy family, and that changed everything. It sucks that things weren't as happy off camera as they were on.

I like that one. Cause last time it came on they extended it and it had more. They really go into depth about the death of Nick Colasanto and have alot more interviews with the cast.

PSATs were easy as hell.

I got contacts today...they feel a little weird..but it's cool cause I can see clearly.

I usually don't wear my glasses anyways so my parents decided to just get me contacts that way i can...well actually see. Even though it's not that bad. I just got back from my school's basketball tournament. We won one we lost one. JV one both their games! We also did our dance.(cheerleading)

(She's 11 turning 12 so she goes to middle school) So we go to pick her up and we are waiting outside the school, and after waiting for 30 minutes we conclude that she took the bus and accidently forgot about us picking her up. So my mom starts the car and on the street we are behind this school bus filled with 11, 12, and 13 year olds. And this kid in the back stands up and moons us:mooner: I was lauging histerically cause the kid couldn't have been more than 11 or 12 so he had this tiny little butt...:lol: and so he puts up his pants and turns around and i'm laughing and he waves at me and I wave back and he pretends his fingers are the receiver to a telephone and motions for me to "call him" ....that made me laugh even harder...lol

lol I think if I did, it would be illegal in most states....seeing as how theres probably a five year difference between us...lol. maybe when I'm thirty and he's 25....naaaah I tend to go for older guys.....lol if you all haven't notice my obsession with Sam.

Man that skate demo was inane. The skating was just amazing. I got to meet some of the people I look p to in skating and got to chill with them. Today was so sick.:D
