Well here is my season premiere for the fourth season:

Looking inside the tiny apartment window Migel saw two ladies laying there with guns and blood all over the place, Migel notices that someone is entering the apartment, it is a man mid thirties. Was this the guy who shot these two coming back to see if the job was finished. Migel got up and ran to get help for these two women laying there bleeding profusely.

Back in the apartment Nate took out his cell phone as he called for an ambulance bending down to check if his partner was breathing, waiting for someone to answer his call, glad that he had called to see if CD went back to the station after visiting Gina. Finding out that Gina had died and Cap had told Nate of Liz’s involvement. He found a shallow pulse as he said, “Come on CD stay with me help is on the way.” He glanced over at Liz laying on the floor and all the blood surrounding her. The voice came on “911 what is your emergency?” Nate replied, “I have two officers down at 2858 Green Street. One of the officers is my partner and the other is a marshall. My partner has a pulse haven’t checked the other yet. Get someone here now.”

The sun was just starting to rise on the city as the ambulance pulled up to up to UCSF Medical Center at Mount Zion Emergency room, the E.M.T’s had radioed ahead and there was physicians all ready waiting. The ambulance came to a stop as they opened up the ambulance doors pulling CD out of the stretcher as the E.M.T’s gave the attending physician the stats on CD as Nate came around the side of the ambulance watching them take CD into the hospital while the second ambulance pulled up no sirens going, just silence as they pulled up and took the body bag out and headed to the morgue. Nate pulled out his cell phone again and called the Division to let someone at the Division know what had happened to his partner. They were just beginning to let their feelings come out into the open and this has to happen. Why CD? Why now? He heard someone pick up the phone as he relayed the message, “CD DeLorenzo wouldn’t be in today as she was in the hospital fighting for her life. This is her partner and let the acting Captain know that he was also at the hospital waiting to hear any word on his partner.” He quickly disconnected the call heading into the emergency entrance to wait for any news on CD.

The morning light was shinning thru the curtains showing lightly on the bed where Jinny was starting to stir. Jinny opened her eyes a crack as she looked at the sun shining thru the curtains as she sits up she thinks man the last year just seems to have flown by. She hears water running in the bathroom knowing her husband was already up and taking a shower, he must have shut off the alarm. Jinny rises out of the bed and heads for the shower to join her husband of 1 year in there. She still hasn't had a chance to tell him about the little bundle of joy that was on the way as he was sleeping already when she got home last night. Jinny walks in the bathroom letting the shirt fall around her ankles as she sees her husband's form thru the curtain. Walking to the shower she opens the curtain and enters the tub, putting her arms around her husband as she runs her hands over his chest saying seductively in his ear, "Can I help you with that."

YEAH!! :rock: *Bows... bows... catches the flowers thrown on stage* Thank you... really. You're making me blush...

Magda was in the kitchen preparing French toast for breakfast as that was Ben’s favorite breakfast, well second favorite but she was running behind this morning hitting the snooze button for another 15 minutes of sleep. Gabe walked into the living room smelling the aroma coming from the kitchen, he walked to the front door to retrieve the paper outside as Ben came out of his room heading for the smell of breakfast. Ben hit the entrance of the kitchen with his dad just behind him as Gabe asked, “Papi, are you still needing one of us to come to career day today?”
Ben plopped down on the chair picking up the orange juice and taking a gulp before he replied, “Not today that is next week.”
Mag smiled as she watched her son and husband, thinking she was glad that she had called it off with Jonah. She would have lost Ben and Gabe at the same time if anyone would of found out. She couldn’t risk that.
Gabe said, “Mag are we going to tell Ben what we decided to try for?”
Mag was still lost in thought at Ben said, “Hey mom don’t burn breakfast.”
Mag snapped back to reality as she heard Gabe say, “Mag are you okay?”
Mag flipped the French toast over as she looked up saying, “I am just fine, and Ben don’t worry far be it from me to burn your breakfast.”
Gabe said, “So are we going to tell Ben?”
Mag looked at Gabe as she said, “Tell Ben what?”
Gabe said, “What we decided last night.”
Mag said, “Maybe we should wait and see first.”
Ben replied, “I want to know.”
Mag smiled as she nodded it was okay for Gabe to answer Ben’s question.
Gabe looked at his son as he said, “Your mom and I are going to try for a baby.”
Ben replied, “Really?”
Mag said, “Yes really.”
Ben replied, “Wow a baby brother would be great to teach all the cool stuff.”
“What if it is a girl, Papi?” Mag asked.
Ben looked at his parents as he said, “I suppose a girl is okay. I could teach how to do everything a guy does.”
“Just so you also make sure you protect her from any harm, right Papi.” Gabe said.
Ben shook his head as Mag walked over with a stack of French toast on her plate placing it in the center of the table, as the guys dug in short order.

I can't believe I'm saying this,(Magda and all... ya know me... lol) but that's really cute :)

Kate awoke to the smell of breakfast being prepared by Louis like he had since she was released from the hospital. Louis had been taking care of her since but how was she going to tell him that she didn’t resign yesterday when she had went in for just that purpose. He would have to understand that she couldn’t let that snake of a man destroy one of her best inspectors life. That and he didn’t know how to run a division. Kate sighed as she looked at the ceiling, shutting her eyes trying to figure out when would be the best time to tell Louis, before they had breakfast or after. Although it would make it easier with Amanda here he might not get as upset in front of her.
Louis cracked the door looking in and seeing Kate still laying in bed, usually she was up by now. Louis turned to head back to the kitchen to get a tray for breakfast in bed with Kate since Amanda had went to see a few friends this morning.
Kate had heard Louis looking in and hadn’t had the strength to deal with him yet on her not resigning, deciding it was time to get up and face this head on Kate threw back the covers sitting up in bed she turned and let her legs slowly down on the floor. Kate sat there a minute before reaching for the cane to get around with.
Louis opened the door seeing Kate setting on the side of the bed he said, “Morning I was bringing breakfast to you since it seems yesterday’s outing wore you out.”
Kate smiled at Louis before saying, “Yesterday’s outing didn’t wear me out. I have been contemplating on how to tell you something.”
Louis placed the tray on the bed as he sat down before replying, “That doesn’t sound too good.”
“Depends on how you take it.”
“Your not resigning are you?”
