Nah they do that alot with sitcoms, I can't explain the move executives do in these sitcoms, but basically, they have it so, primarily the 2 main characters hang out with each other. This is also an example in the show "That 70s Show." If you've seen that show before, it illustrates how people hang out at their friends alot so theirs no need to focus too much on side characters or other friends parents, legal guardians etc. Plus I think Kel's parents, although never mentioned/seen I should say, were rocket scientists, maybe mad scientists lol. Let's just hope, that Kenan's parents sent the bills to Kel's parents, so they had to pay it anyway. |
