No I thought Frasier was filmed on the stage next to Cheers. peter may 07-30-2003, 05:32 AM frasier IS still filmed on the set which USED to be cheers, but at the Paramount Studios on soundStage 25. Were you the only one there? peter may 07-30-2003, 08:26 AM i have some upclose pics of the set I will post sometime soon (as soon as i find the photo album) no there were about 10 of us on the tour. i went in 1998. You was able to get up close to set, touch it look around, and even sit at the bar. they didnt seem to mind at all. In fact if you look closely Cafe Nervosa is the same as Gary's Olde Time Tavern. Watch one of the episodes where they show Gary's and them watch a Fraiser episode ( cafe nervosa is in almost every episode) and you can tell they are the same place. barwars 08-04-2003, 11:14 PM Cafe Nervosa, must be a MUCH remodeled Gary's Old Town Tavern, for one thing.... the door was in a different place. And I read somewhere that Fraiser is filmed on the old Cheers set. :) |
