I know you've all visited the site at least once (if your a cheers fan) but I just thought it would be nice to post it here:

David Letterman's Top 10
From Late Night with David Letterman
December 8, 1992

Top 10 reasons that Cheers is going off the air:
10. They ran out of beer nuts.
9. It’s all part of NBC’s master plan to stay in third place.
8. Ego of that postman guy out of control, constantly storms off set shouting, "I am Cheers!"
7. White men can’t resist sequels.
6. Unlike this show, they decided to quit when they ran out of ideas.
5. Actors so bored with roles, they finish their lines by saying, "etc., etc."
4. Norm’s liver now roughly the size of an ottoman.
3. Ted Danson’s toupee even more obvious than mine.
2. Realization that if you’re going to get really wasted, you don’t want to do it in a bar where everybody knows your name.
And the number one reason that Cheers is going off the air:
1. Stool rash.

Thanks for clearing that up, Cliff always was the weird one, you can't be sure....

But its a great Top 10, in fact thats the only reason Ill watch Letterman (his Top 10), I think Leno is a lot better, but Conan is best of them all!!

I don't like leno, letterman appeals to me...but :D:DCONIE ROCKS!!! :D :D

lol he is by far the funniest and the best host!!! I think Both letterman and leno (especially leno's) weak point is there monologue...conan OWNS the monologue! If he feels the audience doesn't like a joke and is started to aww he'll do the string dance or go up to the camera and do that thing he does that makes him look like a cat! lol

...Plus for the "In the year 2000" skit he had  Ted Danson  Do it!!

Here's a pic of him doing it!!:D

haha. Tom Green is so sick. I did a report on him for my "Person you admire most" project", in 7th grade. I can't wait till his show comes back. He rides for Birdhouse skateboards now. haha. WAY TO GO TOM!

And now, NBC is back in first!!

ps.... Friends REALLY wants to be the next Cheers, taking one of their characters and making more of a "sequel" show than a spinoff.

Cheers - Frasier
Friends - Joey

joey has his own show?

It'll be a spinoff next year I think. I heard about it before, but more about it today. He moves to California to get a bigger acting career, meets the love of his life and meets new friends. No one knows if any characters from Friends will be there. (I sound just like the tv:D )

NO other characters will be part of it. As much as I hate Friends, Joey is pretty funny, probably the ONLY part of the show I like. So, maybe this will turn out good, or end up like the show about Kramer's Lawyor (how do u spell it, im drawin a blank).
