What I meant was, how do you take pictures that where either scanned or made in paint, and upload them to a URL?

If you want to upload them to put the pics in your siggy, you just have to go to the current "Siggy thread" and upload it from there. When you reply, below the "Your Reply" box, there should be a thing that says "Attach file". Click on the "Browse" button and go to where you saved your pic and click on it. When the file name of your pic appears in the box, just hit "Submit Reply" and it'll be on the way. After it comes up and if it appears as a pic in your post, right click on it, click "Properties" and copy the URL that appears in the URL line. If it appears as a link and opens in a new window, just copy the link from the "Address" line. Hope that helps. :D

Yep. :) But that's weird, it's not supposed to ask you if you want to download it to your computer when you click on it...

Lemme try...BTW, I saved it as a .jpg, which is smaller than a .bmp file. :D

O.K, My question now is; how do you convert a .bmp file to a .jpg file?

There are many ways, but I have an image viewing program on my computer called ACDSee and when I view it, I can go to File and click on Save As... and choose the image type I want to save it as. :)

Sorry about taking so long to reply...I'm having neighbor troubles right now (I live on the 2nd floor of a two story building). But I'm back... okay let's see...

You can convert them to .jpg through Photoshop and ACDSee to name just a few. I think there are also other image converter programs you can get online for free, but I am not sure. ACDSee is what I use. :D
