Hi! I am looking desperately for the name of the song that Clair and Sly (cliff's dad) sang together... it went something like "We should be together... we should be together..." I take it it's an older song... perhaps one that came out on a record (since thats what they always listen to music on.)

Correction the gentleman that Clair sung with was the late jazz singer Joe Williams. He played Clair's father. They sung We Belong Together.

That was a very touching song and the voices of Phylicia and Joe blended well.
