This might sound like a stupid question.....but what exactly is menudo??

I'm not sure of the exact ingredients,but it is supposedly a Puerto Rican dish.

menudo is not a food. The word is meant to be funny. Menudo was a singing group out of puerto rico but the word menudo means "small change" like coins.

menudo is food.i brought some in a can one day.it's really good.except there is this meat that feels and tastes like fat.puke:
