I've lived on lower-fat foods for most of my life, and I have yet to develop a taste for them. I still believe that, compared to regular food, they taste like ****. Anyone agree with me?

TJL 04-14-2003, 05:40 PM Low fat alternatives to regular foods did take some time to get used to, but that's what I eat nowadays. A few years ago I switched to low fat foods and in the course of a few months I lost 30 pounds. Low fat foods are healthier, but try to lay off foods with high fructose corn syrup. That packs on the calories. There are plenty of foods with natural sweeteners. I'm glad markets are providing alternatives to those fatty arterie-cloggers. |
