Is it just me, or is the show less funny this season? I have found myself groaning at all the bad jokes I have heard so far. I hope it improves soon.

AnaheimPMWitch 03-25-2003, 03:57 PM I Dont think its "Losing it" at all if ANY show on Must see tv Thursdays is "Losing it" its Friends but thats JMO *Pleasant Tomorrow* 03-25-2003, 06:19 PM NO WAY!!!!! Although I've only started watching it last year, I've seen repeats and I thinks it's just as good as it's ever been. :D Striel 03-29-2003, 03:40 PM This show is HORRIBLE this season. TJL 03-29-2003, 05:03 PM I think the show is slipping a bit. They have relied too much on guest stars and celebrity cameos, and Grace's marriage to the invisible Doctor wasn't the best of ideas. Plus, I think Jack and Karen have gotten too obnoxious for thier own good. Sure, that whole vapid self centered thing is what makes them stand out, but sometimes they both deserve a smack upside the head. IheartMoonlighting 03-29-2003, 11:03 PM I don't think the show is as great as it used to be. TJL nailed the problem, there are too many guest stars on the show. Plus, Grace's marriage does not work. It could work, but Grace and Leo need to live near Will. You can not name a show, Will and Grace and not have the two main stars not interact with each other. Superbatboy 03-30-2003, 06:18 PM The show is still funny, but it's losing the edge that made it stand out in the first place. The biggest mistake besides the entourage of guest stars, was marrying Grace. It threw the whole dynamic of the show off. Nothing tops the first 2 seasons though anyway. *Pleasant Tomorrow* 03-31-2003, 05:19 PM I think the show is doing just fine. Of course, I do agree on the whole guest star thing. There ARE a lot of them. And I also agree that Leo and Grace should live near Will. As for Karen and Jack...absolutely nothing wrong with them. Sure, they can be a little snobby, but they always show their sensitive side every once in a while. dedicatedlgfan 04-05-2003, 08:53 PM I Dont think its "Losing it" at all if ANY show on Must see tv Thursdays is "Losing it" its Friends but thats JMO So true! Friends is my fav show (along with W&G) but they have definetly been doing some uh...dodgy stuff. They need to pick it up. On the topic, I don't think it's losing it. Then again I haven't seen all the episodes yet. Just started watching about 8 months ago. I still find it funny and entertaining :happyface AnaheimPMWitch 04-06-2003, 02:28 AM Originally posted by dedicatedlgfan So true! Which is weird! Like I actually look forward to it after school!lmfao AnaheimPMWitch 04-06-2003, 04:40 PM I know same here Except for me its more like waiting to come home from Work to watch it not from school :) *Pleasant Tomorrow* 04-06-2003, 09:27 PM LOL, I always look forward to it every Thursday...and weekdays, too, because it's always repeated then. Sitcomwriter 04-10-2003, 10:09 PM Yeah.I mean yes tonight's episode was a rerun but it was pretty bad compared to the show's earlier years. *Pleasant Tomorrow* 04-11-2003, 10:07 PM Originally posted by Sitcomwriter Yeah.I mean yes tonight's episode was a rerun but it was pretty bad compared to the show's earlier years. I actually really liked that one. Especially when Karen and Stan's new girlfriend are fighting over Jack like he's a dog and they're like "Come here, come here Jackie!" and how he was being all goofy like a dog and then when he chooses Karen and they leave he goes to Stan's girlfriend (I forget her name?) "hey, if Karen dies I'll totally call you." LOL that was great. AnaheimPMWitch 04-12-2003, 01:44 AM I know I loved that episode I know i've said this before but i'm gonna say it again its a MUCH better show then FRIENDS IMO *Pleasant Tomorrow* 04-12-2003, 11:20 AM Originally posted by AnahiemPMWitch I know I loved that episode I know i've said this before but i'm gonna say it again its a MUCH better show then FRIENDS IMO Definately...even though I do like them both.:D AnaheimPMWitch 04-12-2003, 01:34 PM Originally posted by *A TV People* Definately...even though I do like them both.:D Eh I dont watch FRIENDS anymore I'm just sick of it the whole Ross and Rachel thing AGAIN is so BLAH *Pleasant Tomorrow* 04-12-2003, 02:02 PM Originally posted by AnahiemPMWitch Eh I dont watch FRIENDS anymore I'm just sick of it the whole Ross and Rachel thing AGAIN is so BLAH I watch it whenever I feel like it. Sometimes I might miss it and it wouldn't kill me if I did. I would never ever think of it as better than Will and Grace, though. WILL AND GRACE BEATS OUT FRIENDS ANYDAY!!! AnaheimPMWitch 04-12-2003, 03:32 PM Originally posted by *A TV People* I watch it whenever I feel like it. WILL AND GRACE BEATS OUT FRIENDS ANYDAY!!! Yeah thats how I feel about WAG to I cant miss an ep of it to be honest with you I cant even remember the last time I saw FRIENDS I just got bored with the Ross and Rachel and Emma thing ( as I said before) so I just stopped watching I mean COME ON PEOPLE Ross and Rachel has been done before DO WE REALLY need to see it again:rolleyes: On a WAG note though  sometimes I wish Will isnt Gay because I could totally see him and Grace as a cute couple but thats JMO *Pleasant Tomorrow* 04-12-2003, 10:27 PM Originally posted by AnahiemPMWitch sometimes I wish Will isnt Gay because I could totally see him and Grace as a cute couple but thats JMO Yeah, that would be cool...like end the show with them getting together somehow. Leo is barely even in it really. But could they really do that, though? Like everyone's so used to him being gay it would be weird that all of a sudden he says he's straight. Yeah I know thats the hard thing I wrote a script on it once where Will wakes up from sleeping and we all find out it was all a dream (I know a show did that before I dont remember which one though) and then he realizes that hes in love with Grace (the dream part was mainly the fact that he was Gay and stuff) *Pleasant Tomorrow* 04-13-2003, 10:23 PM Originally posted by AnahiemPMWitch Yeah I know thats the hard thing I wrote a script on it once where Will wakes up from sleeping and we all find out it was all a dream (I know a show did that before I dont remember which one though) and then he realizes that hes in love with Grace (the dream part was mainly the fact that he was Gay and stuff) That sounds good! The only character that really keep me watching is Jack! *Pleasant Tomorrow* 04-22-2003, 03:26 PM I don't care what anyone says, it's still a great show! lol. I actually can't wait for the one next Thurday with Madonna. LOL I saw previews for it and it showed Madonna's character giving Karen a coke, and Karen's all confused and trying to poor it so she takes it from her and opens it and Karen's all surprised by it  She is definately my fav character. AnaheimPMWitch 04-22-2003, 10:54 PM I'm with you Ashlee I actually LIKE THIS SHOW OVER FRIENDS i'm SOOOO SICK AND TIRED of the whole Ross and Rachel THING and ATLEAST WILL AND GRACE DOESNT REHASH OLD TOPICS hehehe *Pleasant Tomorrow* 04-23-2003, 06:26 PM Originally posted by AnahiemPMWitch I'm with you Ashlee I actually LIKE THIS SHOW OVER FRIENDS i'm SOOOO SICK AND TIRED of the whole Ross and Rachel THING and ATLEAST WILL AND GRACE DOESNT REHASH OLD TOPICS hehehe Will and Grace  MegansGurl 04-25-2003, 12:14 AM I don't think the show has lost anything.
