Can you name any instance when the 4 acted sort of "out of character"? The ones that come to mind for me are:
Rose-- Brilliant about complicated football strategy and when she was smart enough not to fall for the "oldest confidence game going" (The Pigeon Drop) (Sophia and Blanche were at the mall and a man claimed to have found a wallet full of 2 thousand dollars and the girls got scammed).
Dorothy acted pretty stupid when she bought Frank Sinatra tickets from a scalper. It seems like she would know better.
Blanche acted sort of out of character when ...? well, the only time I can think of is when she vowed to give up sex when Rose went to the hospital.
Sophia was really nice to all the children, for the most part - unlike being mean and nasty to the others.
Any others..?
