There is a lot of talk about Kidd going to the Spurs since hs contract is up after this season. If that happens, The Nets will become the New Jersey Nats!!!!!-LOL . They will be in the same boat as Cleveland.

Jason Kidd ain't going nowhere. I was watching the Spurs & Nets game tonight. They were saying Jason was looking around in the San Antonio area seeing where his son might go to school. If Jason was smart, he'd stay with the Nets. He has a good situation going there. He should finish his career with them. The Spurs aren't never getting rid of Tony Parker. If they do, they're some damn fools. Tony outplayed Jason tonight. Tony had 21 points. Jason struggled all night & when he struggles, the Nets play terrible.

The Nets would be stupid to not try and re-sign him. I think he'll stay in New Jersey.

The Spurs have a great 20 year old point guard in Tony Parker, Jason Kidd is a great player but I don't see him going to the Spurs.

If KIdd gets a great offer from a great team lke the Spurs, do you really think he is going to say no and stay with a team that just got eliminated out of the first round ?

Do you really think the Nets will lose in the first round? No way they are going to lose to somebody like Washington or Milwaukee. The East is wide open, and team that makes it could make it to the Finals.

Well NJ proved to the World that they are the Cavaliers on the road and the Kings at home. The Nets are only 2 games ahead of the sixers so if the nEts are not leading the Atlantic at the end season, They will be a 3 or 4 seed and the Nets will be in trouble. If they don't win one out of these two games this weekend against the Rockets and Hornets, the Nets can kiss the division lead goodbye. So there is nothing that i'm seeing that makes me believe that the Nets are going to the second round.

Solomon whatever weed u smoking, u need to leave it alone. New Jersey isn't gonna get beat in the first round & i believe they'll make it back to the 3rd round this yr or maybe go to the finals again cause as we all know, the east is wide open. NJ is playing like they still having a 9 game lead in the division. Not realizing that boston and philly are directly behind them. So what has NJ done since the All-Star break to make u believe they will get out of the first round?

It's real simmple, Jason Kidd will leave because he has no help. No offensive options. Plus the nets are a team that drives to the basket and only score points off rebounds and turnovers. So besides Jason Kidd, who else can shoot jumpshots?

The Spurs only have a few players who can shoot real well from the outside. The Spurs always have a great regular season & then when the playoffs come, they choke. I will be surprised if the Nets beat Houston tonight. Since they are the Cavs on the road.

They are winning, and will win tonight. The Sixers lost today. What do you call Kittles and Harris? They are deadly from 3 point range, and Kidd is a clutch shooter when he needs to be. They only have 3 games remaining against the west now (Memphis, Houston, and Golden State), all at home. So look for the Nets to start to pile up winning streaks again from today on. They can beat just about anyone in the east, they blew away mostly every team in the east at least once so far this season.

There is no question that they will play in the east finals, or even the NBA finals. Whatever happens, someone in the west will win it all, though I hope the Nets win it all. I'm a Blazer fan as well, so if they make it to the finals, I wouldn't know who to cheer for.

Kenyon Martin is their number two option, he is a 20-10 guy, and dominant in the post and a hell of a dunker. I've seen him in person, he can fly.

That Sixers and Blazers game the other night was trash, both teams played terrible in the first half. Bonzi was sick, that was the key for Portland. Can you explain this then, Portland beat Indiana last night. Indiana is much better than Philly. It would be wild if he comes to NJ, but the Nets have Martin at the power forward position, but I guess Tim can play center, and make Mt. Mutombo a sixth man; but that is thinking way too far.

Well Pav, stunning victory for the Nets-102-92. Now let's see if they can continue for these final 5 weeks.

Nets did beat New Orleans today. Spurs beat Boston today in Boston 94-78. David Robinson got hurt again with his soft ass. The Spurs aren't gonna suffer without him. Ron Artest of Indiana got suspended for one game cause he had too many flagrant fouls recently. He's gonna miss Indiana's game today against the Kings. Ron fouled Bonzi Wells hard friday night. Ron got some serious issues. That dude needs to see a psychiatrist LOL.
