When did Ralph ever say that? I've never heard him say that.. I haven't caught too many new episodes in the past few years, but I do catch them when they air in syndication.

Then I guess you haven't seen the Sideshow Bob episode titled "Brother from Another Series." In the end, the Springfield Dam overflows and washes Ralph's bed into the street and then he says, "I think I wet my bed."
