I could definitely do without those. Also the shortened form of "you are" is YOU'RE, not YOUR! Your is possessive. Your books, your opinions, etc. The two words are not interchangable.

LOl yes!! I admit I sometimes shorten my words to do laziness, but yeah, there is a different between YOUR and YOU'RE. Althought Im sure you'll find a lot of my posts with the '!!:blush:

Oh I hate the things like U R @ KEWL 2 B 4GOT N. Geez, I hate it. I know I abbreviate some things too, but you have to admit that I at least spell most of my words out normally. I can't guarantee they make sense, but I do spell them out.

I admit I do get annoyed when some people overuse them, but I do find them useful at times. It's just when someone responds to you with ":rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:" and nothing else, it's annoying as hell.

I'm not a fan of the eyeroll, or the 'ur neyws and all those sloppy slang things. And 'meanga'...I don't know what the deal is with that one. Hopefully it will have a short shelf life. Of course, it'll just be replaced by some new form of 'whatever' or whatever.

There are some instances where a good old-fashioned eye-roll is well in order and I have no problem with it being employed in this context.

Ok. you know what I've noticed? Lately it seems like everyone doesnt know how to spell OUR. People are spelling it ARE. Its OUR, not ARE, OUR. LOl, yah.. its just been something Ive been seeing lately thats bugging me.
