View Full Version : Do you Watch too Much TV???
*GoodMorningCalgary* 02-02-2003, 05:33 PM I think I'm starting to, like a few years ago I'd watch about 30 minutes to 1 hour of TV. these days I'm watching up to 3 hours. Its very unhealthy, I want to work out or play basketball or something but I'm too nervous with My social anxiety and all. I don't know what to do.

god yes! I don't know exactly how many hours a day I do watch, but it sure is over the average of what you're supposed to watch. If my TV wasn't so big I'd pick it up and take it every where with me, even if it didn't have a cable attached to it. Let's just say i'm addicted. :D
I don't think I do, but my girlfriend would tell you differently.

Well I think it's obvious that he hates it when when he started those fights when Facts was announced to come to Hallmark.

I remember, he was upset because it wasn't The Lucy Show coming instead. I would love to see The Lucy Show, I Love Lucy is getting annoying imo.
Mysty Eyes 02-02-2003, 11:00 PM Oh yeah! My TV's on most of the time. (Though not yet today... hmm...) Of course, I frequently am not really watching it; it's just on for the noise a lot of the time.

Why don't they ever show TLS? I know I Love Lucy is one of the most memorable shows out of the 50s, but Lucy is just as memorable in her other shows. It's weird they show so much of ILL and not any of her other shows. I know the comedy hour is on TVL now, but Idk you think they'd show TLS.
Anyway, my take is that Lucyfan should be happy that FOL came instead of TLS. Look at how fast FOL got screwed over. The episodes went through the rotation once and then got dropped. If TLS had shown up instead of FOL, it might be getting the screw over. You could've seen it on Hallmark (TLS) but frankly I'm the type or person that tapes a show to make copies. I want a copy so if the first tape screws up, I'll have another copy. My VCR's are in 2 different rooms and I don't feel like moving one of them just to make another copy. I just tape the tv show however many times I want off the tv.
Hallmark didn't even show every ep of FOL, I don't think. They could've did that to TLS too. It's best to wait for a 'good' station to pick up the show and it be a good station that gives it a good timeslot and airs the rotation numerous times and shows every episode.
Yeah, jmo
¤I Love Clay Aiken¤ 02-03-2003, 12:20 AM I am what you could call a TV FREAK. Ask anyone- friends, family. I used to watch a lot TV (6 hrs?? a day?) Now its down to like.. well 6 lol. But its in blocks and I dont really pay attention to it.. its just..ON. See I used to never go on the computer, but now the internet is my new TV. I actually miss my TV LOl. We need to get re-acquianted.
