setting: Jinny's apartment

CHAPTER 1 JINNY AND TEDDY: INTRO

The fog rolls by as the lonely yet content Jinny reads a current case while sipping on some hot coffee. Her expression is very solid as she looks out the window at the whiteness of the sky and sees a faded light reflection coming. Her happiness is defined by her glowing smile as she walks out of her chilled apartment and down the squeaky stairs to outside where she sees the man of her dreams walking toward her dressed in a clean dark suit.

JINNY: Hey Teddy

TEDDY: Hey Jinny

He starts to hug her but she declines...

JINNY: We need to talk...

TEDDY: jin- jinny whats wrong I dont unde-

JINNY: Just come inside for a second

Jinny and Teddy walk in her apartment, one of the lights have burned out.

TEDDY: I got it

Oddly enough, teddy knew exactly where there were spare bulbs and he replaces the burnt out light in a few minutes.

JINNY: Teddy, You've been gone for a long time now.

TEDDY: I missed you so much while I was gone for business.

JINNY: Yeah some things have changed while you were gone you see-

TEDDY: Shhh... let's just enjoy our time alone for now ok?

JINNY: No... No I got to tell you this Teddy

TEDDY: Then what is it? I'm sure whatever it is, I can handle... I'm a lawyer for godsakes.

JINNY: Well, I accidently spilt juice all over your white shirt while i was putting it away.

TEDDY: Is that what the big deal was about? Jinny, I have six other shirts that are identical to that one.

Teddy looks at Jinny straight at her beautiful green eyes...

TEDDY: Now can we spend some time together?

Jinny looks at Teddy and takes off her black leather jacket and they start to make out in the room.

The night goes by quickly as Jinny lays in bed with Teddy, and she looks at the window again and she wonders how she could feel so lucky. Then she gets out of bed and goes in the front room to make a phone call... Jinny dials the phone...

JINNY: Hello, Jack?

::Jacks Voice Mail:: Hi you have reached Jack-

Jinny hangs up the phone and takes a walk..... she starts to go downtown and she sees the sky clear up into this blackness. She walks into a bar and sees the alcohol pouring... she looks at the bartender and walks up to him.. and he look at her with his dark brown eyes... she starts to open her mouth, but nothing comes out...she decides to leave and go home as she realizes that her worse fears have came true and a triangle has formed.

Oooooooooooooooooooooh! Wow. More please!

Are Jinny and Jack married in this? Just wondering. Yeah cause I confuse easily and that confused me.:confused:

::In Slow Motion:: A dark room, a gun, and window with the moon shining through the glass onto an old hardwood floor... Jinny is sitting against the wall... a woman appears into the moonlight smiling at Jinny.

RONNIE: go on Jinny... you know you want to do it... what's stopping you?

Jinny wakes up in a bunch of sweat and looks at the clock. 4am.

Jinny woke up in tears and saw that nobody layed beside her. It was 4am and she walked outside and looked at a group of homeless people pushing a shopping cart full of clothes and blankets. She saw this look on their faces as a craving for money but Jinny walked back inside the apartment complex.

She took out her picture of her mother and held onto it till the sun started rising again franothr workday at he division.

AT THE DIVISION
Jinny walked towards the metal detector and went through it. She saw a young man named Jack walking towards her with a big smile.

JACK: Hey, I want to see you again
He gave her a hug
JINNY: It was a one night thing, it's not gonna happen

JACK: Why can't you let it blossom?

JINNY: I told you why and I need to get to work now.

Jinny speeds towards the elevator and leaves Jack Behind.

AT THE DIVISION

Kate talks to CD and Nate about a possible homicide shooting on a prostitute. Jinny sits at her desk looking at a picture of her father. Across her mind, an image ofa gun being shot appears in her head. She gets up real fast and goes in the bathroom. Magda gets up from her seat and follows her in.

JINNY: I need a break

MAGDA: Then why dont you ask cap for one?

JINNY: Because at times of stress, I need to be working

MAGDA: Ok

JINNY: Mag, do you mind?

MAGDA: ok Jin, but Im just getting worried about you. I dont want you to slip up or anything.

JINNY: Mag, ive been sober seems like forever, dont even worry about a thing. There aint nothing thats gonna get me going back to booze.

Magda leaves the bathroom and Jinny looks at herself with shame through a mirror full of water spots.

heres more: Titled: The Triangle

Jinny goes out for lunch and sees Jack at the same sandwich place. She walks right in and says hi

JINNY: I'm sorry about this morning

JACK: Jinny I thought it was over between you and him

JINNY: He was on a business trip...it was a mistake

JACK: Jinny...

JINNY: Cant we just be friends?

JACK: I want more than that..... I want to see you tonight
Jinny looks out the window and sees a triangle shaped statue across the street...

JINNY: We'll see... lets have lunch at least...

An hour passes by and Jinny is driving with Madga on a case concerning a young girl murdered in her own bedroom.

MAGDA: its a triangle case

JINNY: What are you talking about?

MAGDA: Well obviously she was seeing two guys at once and the one that got hurt went after her.

JINNY: We dont even know enough information yet to assume that.

MAGDA: Trust me on this one, I can spot situation like this with my eyes closed.

JINNY: Ok whatever

MAGDA: Whats wrong now?

JINNY: Nothing just thinking

MAGDA: About?....

JINNY: Its me and Teddy.... we have a few things to work out

MAGDA: Oh, well just for the record I think you guys need to get away for awhile and go somewhere fun

JINNY: Like where?

MAGDA: I dont know, you guys should at least go out to lunch togeher... I know this great sandwich sho---

JINNY: Teddy is very busy and our lunch hours are never together only once in a while.

MAGDA: OK ok just making a suggestion

JINNY: yeah uh huh, and what about you and the wonderful talented Gabe.

MAGDA: We're doing fine... Ben is doing well too

JINNY: Thats good to hear

Jinny and magda drive off down the street quiet once again.

I'll give you guys more tomorrow :)

Umm, it's past Friday... past several Fridays, as a matter of fact... More??? plz??? (btw, it's awesome!)

Hey guys, I'm apologize for the long wait but i finally had some time to update this fan fic and I will be updating it for awhile daily so dont worry theres more after this:

::NOTE:: This Fan Fic does not follow up on this season's storylines of the division.

The brown curtains start blowing around from the window being wide open and Jinny sits on the bed with Teddy. Her head gently rests on his shoulders from a long day at work.

TEDDY: This is the time of the that I look forward to... spending all night with you in bed.

JINNY:(sarcastic) Aw, now I feel special.

They start to hug and kiss. Teddy's arms go around Jinny's body.

JINNY: There's nobody I rather spend most of my time with.

TEDDY: As much as I enjoy all this cheesy sweet talk, I have to get soem rest tonight. I have to report to the DA's office at 9am.

They both lay in bed and Teddy turns off the lights. Jinny looks up at the ceiling and slowly closes her eyes.

Her eyes open again and she is siting on the floor with a loaded gun next to her. Ronnie appears from a shadow staring at her. Jinny starts to breathe more heavily.

RONNIE: You know you want to do it.

JINNY: Do what?

RONNIE: What you've been wanting to do for a long time, backing out each time you thought about it.

JINNY: You know what I really dont know what you're talking about Ronnie.

RONNIE: You will end up doing it sooner or later.

The room darkens and Ronnie disappears. Jinny starts to get up off the floor and sees the front room full of empty beer bottles and vodka. She notices the carpet starts displaying blood stainsa nd there's a sudden flash of a woman with part of her head blown off. She walks up to the corpse and realizes right away its her. She sees two young girls looking at the body crying and screaming. She sees Teddy hugging them both as tight as possible.

Jinny wakes up in a sweat and breathing rapidly. She decides to not wake up Teddy and instead slowly closes her eyes again and goes back to sleep.

NEXT FOR TOMORROW: JACK AND TEDDY MEET RANDOMLY FOR THE FIRST TIME... MAGDA AND JINNY FIND A DEAD WOMAN WHO COMMITED SUICIDE.

ooh! i like (but I don't like Ronnie). Tomorrow never came...I'm looking forward to teddy and jack meeting...and the suicide case.
