Meanwhile, Paul is so impressed with Kerry’s sketches of “The Incredible Boring Woman” that he gets the principal to print them in the school newspaper -- not realizing that the principal is the boring woman in question, on “8 Simple Rules for Dating My Teenage Daughter,” TUESDAY, JANUARY 7 (8:00-8:30 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network.

“8 Simple Rules for Dating My Teenage Daughter” stars John Ritter as Paul Hennessy, Katey Sagal as Cate Hennessy, Kaley Cuoco as Bridget Hennessy, Amy Davidson as Kerry Hennessy and Martin Spanjers as Rory Hennessy.

Guest starring are Mo Gaffney as Principal Connelly, Kelsey Batelaan as little Bridget, Heather McLaughlin as teacher (o.s.) and Rachel Bilson as gum-chewing girl.
