I know Sergio Mendes went on a solo career in the 80's and became even more famous for the power ballad Never Gonna Let You Go in 1982 that also became the anthem for Mr. Turkey commercials in the 90's. I heard Sergio Mendes And Brasil 66's cover of Fool On The Hill and it is excellent. Was that their first ever hit in the 60's?
