I am looking for an episode called Run Carol Run from 1972 with Jeanne Crain and Ethel Waters as guests.

At least 27 episodes are around. But not "Run Carol run".
This was shown in other countries too, which improves the chances. For example it may even exist in Germany.
Probably dubbed in German though. It depends how determined you are.
