A Honeymooners Labor Day:

(Ralph & Ed are walking on their way to the subway before work.)

Ralph: “I can’t believe that we have to work on Labor Day.”

Ed: “Me too. But at least today, me and my fellow sewer workers are going to have a party. It’s a sewer version of a pool party. Hahaha.”

(Ralph rolls his eyes.)

Ralph: “Norton, you are unique. How could you have fun at your job?”

Ed: “We are just like kids playing in water.”

Ralph: “Today is the day we celebrate workers. Instead we have to work.”

Ed: “Ralph, be glad you have a job. You need money to pay your bills…especially your food bill.”

Ralph: “Oh, you are a riot Norton. A regular riot. Hope you like those jokes on the moon because that’s where you can go.”

Ed: “But we need money to live.”

Ralph: “You are right Norton.”

(They sing a song about needing money to live.)

(Jackie walks on stage. Crowd cheers.)

Jackie: “Thank you. The Miami Beach crowds are the BEST! GOOD NIGHT!”

(Crowd cheers.)
