Yeah. It's like Jimmy or Billy ( Jim and Bill) . Vladi would be what you would call a little boy named Vladimir or family would call him no matter how old he got ! Kind of a quiet Christmas. Visited with the Hubs family on Christmas eve for a litttle while, had some tamales. Made a ham dinner on Christmas day.

I didn't get my portable DVD player. I did get a Hello Kitty chip pet. Apparently Hubs paid more attention to me saying the Hello kitty chia was cute when I saw it on a commercial one time when

I'm not real close. I'm down in the city / inland. These wildfires affect the mountain/ beach canyon areas mainly. But close enough. Besides being really sad , it is really smoky, air quality is really bad . Hard to breath, eyes burning and red from smoke even this far away. :(

I can relate to that. When Canada had some big wildfires a couple of years ago it affected the air here, and that was from much further away than what you have right now.

Everything near me or not directly in the fire areas are open. People who were evacuated that the fire didn't actually hit are back home. Still a little smoky but a lot better. And nerves are still on high alert !! ( as I sit here clutching my garden hose) :D

Yeah, a lot of people don't like Bob Dylan's voice. I personally love it. Seems either people get him or don't get him, nothing in between. But I think they would have to admit he's a great songwriter if they really listened to the words. They have alot of depth and meaning ! :)

Going to be seeing the Led Zeppelin movie soon.another one of my favorites!

The earthquake hit at 10:16, after the awards, but during the big after party! Scary , I was laying in bed reading. Now last night and tonight , I am nervous and scared to go to bed! :(
