View Full Version : Lifetime should change their slogan GoldenGuy 10-05-2002, 07:08 PM I hate the way Liftetime is always saying- Lifetime- Telivision for women I'm not a woman, but i love to watch Golden Girls. A MUCH MUCH better slogan would be Lifetime- Telivision ABOUT women Georgia's on my Mind 10-05-2002, 07:10 PM or even better.... Lifetime, Television for people who like Lifetime movies, The Golden Girls, Intimite Poratraits, Designing Women...ect ect ect lol.... YEah I aggree I hate that slogan shocolah 10-05-2002, 07:20 PM As a male, I don't like it either. Can you imagine the uproar if a cable channel had the slogan, "Television For Men"? TBS was using the slogan "It's a Guy Thing", but they haven't been using it lately as far as I know. There's got to be a better slogan Lifetime can come up with. GG is the only show I watch on that channel. How about "The Best Comedy and Drama on TV" or "Television For Your Life and Times"....ok, maybe those aren't so good, but at least it wouldn't make male watchers feel so reluctant to watch the channel. I'm not going to stop watching GG of course, that's my a;ll time fav. show. I don't mean any insult to gays, but I find that to be quite interesting. Plus, Issac Mizrahi is not appealing to women at all. Eeeeek.
