View Full Version : Why did Fonzie wear a shirt jacket in the early episodes?? AtlantaBravesFan29 09-26-2002, 12:47 PM I've been watching the WGN episodes of Happy Days and in the very first season Fonzie is wearing a shirt jacket(a green khaki jacket)?? Ye of little faith. Yup, and then when they saw how popular the Fonz was..it became a staple and the rest was history!! I, however, always preferred the cloth jacket lol. Except for season 3--that jacket look rugged and nice. I liked the old black leather one he wore in the earlier episodes. His Leather Jacket Was Rugged In Season 1 (He DID Wear On In The First Season Just Not That Much) Until About Season 5 (It Looked Almost Black Back Then) Then After That It Was Light Brown With A Tint Of Orange, But Still The Fonz Was Cool And Always Will Be! iluvfonzie 09-28-2002, 02:09 PM Fonzie would be cool even in a 3 piece suit.
