You may know Mae Questel as the original Betty Boop voice actress and as the wacky yet funny Aunt Bethany in National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation but a little known fact about Mae Questel was that she did commercials and was best known for being the spokeswoman for ScotTowels and her commercials debuted circa 1970 and I as a mega fan of Mae Questel as Aunt Bethany didn't even know these commercials existed. But I wonder how Scott chose her to promote ScotTowels? Mae was indeed very funny in these commercials and Scott must've gave her a huge salary for doing these commercials.
