I personally enjoy the Home/Family Sitcoms the best. There's something heartwarming about Home/Family related sitcoms. :)

I don't think I really have a favorite category. I like ALF, Mr. Ed, The Munsters, Gilligan's Island, Seinfeld, Leave it to Beaver, The Andy Griffith Show and others.

I like sit-coms for different moods, Nostalgic-I love Lucy. Silly-Mr Ed. Fantasy-Bewitched
Funny yet thoughtful-Good Times. Just To Laugh-Three's Company

The creative people on these shows moved from one to another over about 45 years.
