In the 60's Chuck Barris created what some called one of his weakest game shows in history. A game show called How's Your Mother-In-Law?. In this game show hosted by Wink Martindale a panel of three mother-in-laws got the chance to choose their future son-in-law by answering various questions read by the three son-in-laws and the panel along with the various celebrity guests decided if the answers were correct or incorrect and depending on how well the mother-in laws did the winning mother-in-law won a prize. Despite a cute game show How's Your Mother-In Law was cancelled after one season but it was a stepping stone to start Wink Martindale's amazing game show career

How's Your Mother in Law was Wink Martindale's first game show after his debut in 1964 with What's This Song. The show had a weak format and lasted only 13 weeks opposite NBC's rising hit Hollywood Squares.
