You'd never want to do something like that regarding the White House. Secret service agents would go to any lengths to trace the package back to you, you could find yourself arrested for sending potential pathogens through domestic USPS mail.

I'd imagine a key element would be, did you understand that what you were doing was "wrong" when you did it? (The Hillary e-mail server bit). And I doubt you;d stand a snowball's chance in heII convincing any jury that you believed doing so was the right thing to do....so there you go.

On top of that, you must understand that people that influential seldom open their own mail? Some poor clerk of assistant it going to be the one to process your donation, so you'll never achieve the effect you're striving for.
