The original LITB house on the old Republic Studios lot from season 1 and 2 existed for a long time after LITB moved to Universal Studios. CBS bought the Republic back lot and when they had My Three Sons move to California in 1965, you can still see the old Beaver house in various MTS scenes. Get Smart's final season also shot some outdoor scenes on the CBS backlot.

I never noticed the Beaver house in M3S -- I'll have to keep an eye out.

My Three Sons moved production to CBS in 1967, for the 8th season. Seasons 1 thru 7 were at Desilu.

Nope, they always shared a bedroom, even in the new house, even though it was large enough so that each could have had his own room.
