I can't remember the exact quote, but I think its from the episode where Beverly LaSalle gets killed. Edith is still very depressed that Bev was murdered. Gloria is trying to lighten up the mood a bit and tells the family about a woman she knows that just had surgery and everytime she sits down her mouth flies open. Archie reverses the quote and says something like, "Come on Edith, that was funny. Everytime the woman opens her mouth she has to sit down.". lol

The episode where Archie's niece and Lionel were dating and going dancing and when Archie found out after one of his takes of seeing the picture on the coffee table with them in it (thanks to the brilliance of Carroll O'Connor) yelled and screamed and said "If God wanted Blacks and Whites to dance together..." Meathead interrupted him by saying "He would've given us rhythm too!" That's a classic.

I can't remember exactly how the quote went, but my favorite quote comes from the episode where Edith was going through the change. Archie told Edith he'd give her 5 minutes to hurry up and change. I wish I could remember how that went...

"If you're gonna change you gotta do it right now, and I'm gonna give you just thirty seconds. So, C'mon, CHANGE!!!"
