I went to the site and had to reply to what I read... I could go on and on about the inaccuracies and that article. I had to admit I laughed when I read that the church wanted people to not go see Scooby Doo and give the money they would pay for the movie to them... and you can't just give it to any church... it must be a "Baptist church." Underneath the redrawn picture it says something about donkeys being the only animals that can talk... has anyone ever seen VeggieTales? A dog can't talk in a cartoon but a tomato can? Come on... Also they said something about it being bad that they drive in a van.. like none of them have ever driven a van? They question the sexuality of Fred... because of the way he dresses and because he doesn't show interest in the "prostitute" Daphney. Since when is it Christ-like to judge someone because of the way they dress? And they say he's gay because he doesn't seem to be attracted to Daphney, when you know they'd say he was evil if he was attracted to that "prostitute."

I could rant alot more but I think I've said enough for now.

Witchcraft and wicca are not the same thing. I was also reading this part where they said that women don't have souls so they don't go to heaven. Then why the hell should women follow your beliefs and do what you say if we can't go to heaven anyway?!?!?

I was really mad as well. I was going to write them an email telling them how wrong they were (using as many obscenities as possible) when I saw that it was a parody. I can't believe I didn't notice it before. I'm kinda relieved it was a parody, and embarassed that I was getting all angry over nothing, but I'm sure there probably are churches out there that believe like that even though that particular site wasn't serious. I started thinking "are they serious???" when I went to the staff page and looked at the picture of them in white robes burning a cross... the KKK.

I always thought Fred WAS attracted to Daphney...Everytime they split up, Fred is always next to Daphney. And I saw an old commercial on cartoon network one time that shows Fred and Daphney having dinner, and they are about to kiss eachother untill Shaggy interrupts them. And how can they say Shaggy got high off of scooby snacks? The rest of the crew doesn't eat them, and they understand scooby. Thats bull crap...

The original script for the Scooby movie had Velma coming out of the closet but they cut that storyline out of the final movie - just like they cut out all the Shaggy/Scooby drug references.

And I, too, believe that Fred and Daphne (NO 'Y'!!!) were kicking it some kind of way. I mean, everytime they split up Fred would take Daphne AND Velma with him, leaving Scoob and Shag alone. And then, halfway through the show, Velma would run into Scooby and Shaggy and bata bing bata boom.
