I have two tapes at home of this interesting gem from the 1930s and 1940s. Could I please have some more info on Heckel and Jeckel?

The twin magpies (I called them crows). One was English and always said I SAY OLE CHAP or something like that and the other talked like Edward G Robinson. They were always beating up on some poor sap. Very funny. The type of cartoon probably considered too violent for today's tv. musicradio77 10-14-2004, 12:56 AM Originally posted by jamesanthony Hey, I remember them. I saw that one on Ebay was a 16mm TV print of a Heckle & Jeckle cartoon called "Free Enterprise". I think that this is a picture of the TV main title used in a first ever Saturday morning TV series "Mighty Mouse Playhouse".:) Brian Damage 10-18-2004, 12:37 AM I'd be willing to purchase a copy of that if you are interested.
