I feel like I need to do a rewatch because the complete series that I purchased in 2020 had defective eps that interfered with my enjoyment of the show like the episode Horshack vs Carvelli:lol:

I've been watching the series on Tubi and while seasons 1-3 have been great I'd forgotten how awful season 4 was. Gabe was barely in it, Vinnie was all but gone, Horshack became annoying with a permanent high pitched voice, and the writing was poor at best. They should have pulled the plug after season 3, it has clearly run out of gas by that point. The only good thing about season 4 is we got more Woodman and Julie, but again the stories were so bad that it didn't matter.

It showed too, such a huge drop in viewers from season 3 to season 4. The show fell from #28 in season 3 to #78 in season 4

Thats how it was for me regarding Saved by the Bell. lol I was in the same grade as the cast.

It was still some watchable episodes in season 4 since Freddie and Epstein was still involved

The 4th season does have a few decent episodes. Gabe Kaplan is missed in the episodes where he does not appear. I don't care for the two parter where Horshack gets married. I saw those back when they originally aired and once was enough, I don't need to see them again. :lol:
