View Full Version : Tales of Worst First Date Fails /Worst Date fails? 🤣
Janice Johnson 02-28-2022, 02:51 PM A Woman said she met a cute guy on the train and they flirted and they got each other's numbers and made plans to eat at a Sushi Restaurant for their first official Date. At the Sushi Restaurant, he asked her why her last relationship failed. She responded,"We both mutually agreed that our relationship wasn't working. " He responded,"Maybe you should stop being a Bitch in your relationships! " She was stunned and insulted, but decided to stay on the date.
The Sushi Restaurant bill was $80 for the two of them. She went to the bathroom, for real and not as an excuse to duck out on him and leave him with the bill.;) When she was done with the bathroom, she returned to him and he implied he paid the bill and was rushing her to leave with him. She felt rushed but glad their Restaurant date was over.
They left the Restaurant and about a block away, their Waiter ran after them screaming something like,"You didn't pay the bill!" She was mortified and confused. They went back to the Restaurant and her date claimed he thought he paid but must have forgotten to pay after all. She asked him how he could he forget to pay?
He was like,"Um... He tried to pay with about three different Credit Cards that were all declined. He soon told the truth. His credit cards all ended up being maxed out and he was embarrassed, so his plan was to just dine and dash and hope the Waiter didn't catch on. The Woman was disgusted and mortified. She took out her working credit card and paid for both of their meals and apologized profusely to their Waiter.
After the dreaded date, she walked away from him very briskly, hoping to send him the signal she was over him and didn't want to date him anymore. He didn't get the hint and ran to her saying he liked her and their date and wanted a second date. She snapped at him and asked,"Where? The local dumpster?" He called her a Bitch again and just 30 seconds later changed gears and told her he liked her a lot promised her flowers and candy. She thought,"This guy's a psycho! She said,"I NEVER want to see you again. NEVER! He finally got the hint and they went their separate ways.
Caroline13 02-28-2022, 03:09 PM oh good lord, people are desperate for a date.....when I was out amongst the maddening crowd of dating, a coffee was usually a first get together, not a sushi restaurant....yikes....
Where are people's brains and sense????
GentlemanJim 02-28-2022, 05:02 PM Now that guy was a complete idiot! This in fact has always been a "benchmark" if sorts for me. Any woman who will put raw fish in her mouth.... deserves encouragement, not scorn.
Caroline13 02-28-2022, 05:07 PM oh brother, millions eat sushi....
GentlemanJim 02-28-2022, 06:09 PM Perhaps so, but EVERY date that I've taken to a sushi bar, ever, has turned out exactly as I'd hoped for.
Coincidence? perhaps.

Surprises me, you take a first date or every date to sushi bar. I'd love that to have happened in my life...never did. I take myself to sushi bars...
Theda Bara 02-28-2022, 07:09 PM The moment her date insinuated that she was a bitch in her relationships, I would ended that date right on the spot and just walked away. No women should put up with verbal abuse from a complete stranger.
The 'Fed Flags' were there the moment he insulted her that he probably has issues with opposite sex (or issues in general).

I told my Coworker that tale too and she also said something like,"Oh hell no. Just no. The moment my Date called me a Bitch, I would have walked out then and there."
Theda Bara 02-28-2022, 07:33 PM I told my Coworker that take too and she also said something like,"Oh hell no. Just no. The moment my Date called me a Bitch, I would have walked out then and there."
I agree with your coworker. No one, both a man or a woman, should be talked to in that matter; it is just rude and disrespectful.

Could partly be that it likely was their first visit to a sushi bar, and the idea just put them in a "cast caution to the wind" frame of mind.
Of course, after raw fish,... they really can't say "sorry, but I'm saving myself"....either. :groucho
Wasn't anything that I premeditated, it was more just the opposite. Looking back at "what worked" vs what didn't :D
Or perhaps it was the saki?
GentlemanJim 02-28-2022, 09:51 PM Of course, that's just my side of it too. They might have had a "first date horror story" to tell as well?
"This guys asks me out to dinner, feeds me raw fish, and then you won't BELIEVE the things ..." etc
Janice Johnson 02-28-2022, 10:40 PM A woman said she and her date were trying to have sex and he was flaccid, so he begun screaming at his penis. .:crazy::confused: She said it was awkward. I'll bet.

Paul Gonzalez was in the News for taking his Tinder and Plenty O Fish dates to expensive dinners at fancy Restaurants and then bailing on them after eating his expensive meal(s) leaving them to pay for BOTH of their meals. Sometimes, she'd be stuck with three meals. Her meal, and his two meals(he claimed he was a bodybuilder when his date questioned him ordering two meals. At least some Restaurant Owners/Management actually felt really bad for the ditched Woman and comped his bill completely or almost completely, like one Woman only had to pay for the wine he ordered and what she actually ordered.
On YouTube videos of his Exposes, Posters responded stuff like,"WHY were these Women going to fancy Restaurants on their first date with him? A first date should be a coffee and a doughnut at a Cafe, not fancy Restaurants. Fancy Restaurants should be more when you're in a more established relationship, like the 5th date, not the very first date."
Janice Johnson 03-07-2022, 06:33 AM I guess it's a good thing he took her with him when he did the dine and dash, right? That would have been a complete rude move to just run out the door when she went to the bathroom in my opinion. I guess the "Leave with me," was a bit endearing.
PracTz 03-07-2022, 11:15 PM I once knew someone whose blind date didn't say a WORD to him the entire date but DID sing and dance a storm with the band in the bar they went to. He wound up so frustrated that he dropped her off at her doorstep and let her walk herself to her front door without saying anything to her- not even 'good night'.
Theda Bara 03-08-2022, 12:33 AM Reading this dating stories I am so glad that I am out of that scene.
Too many inconsiderate people (of both genders) that lack social graces and respect for others.
ohno:
Janice Johnson 03-08-2022, 04:15 AM A Woman said her Date told her he cuts his body parts and let's the Demons inside of him flow out! She noped out of that budding Relationship, I don't blame her!
biffbronson 04-03-2022, 07:04 AM I'm reminded of something that happened way back when I was 23.
My closest co-worker Marylou (who was married) had in mind my meeting her best friend Tracy, so she arranged that we would go bowling as a group and I could meet her in an informal setting. I was excited because I had seen Tracy once and thought she was cute. I wore my best dress shirt & pants and thought I looked okay at 6'1", 185 lbs.
Her friend never showed. Marylou was pretty upset the next day, but I was just feeling honored that she thought enough of me to try to fix-me-up with her bff.
