A person on another group brought this up and got me thinking as I've gone on and off with eggs all my life, I find whites only boring, and tried them, but back to the whole egg. The member posted this:

Eggs are among the very few foods you could actually classify as a "superfood." They are rich in all sorts of nutrients, many of which are lacking in the modern diet. Here are the top 4 health benefits of eggs.

I thought about this more and I eat quite a few and my arthritic issues continue to advance, then posted them which info I found about the Egg.An MD told me years ago about the Egg Yolk and inflammation.

Consuming eggs regularly can lead to an increased amount of swelling and joint pain. The yolks contain arachidonic acid, which helps trigger inflammation in the body. Eggs also contain saturated fat which can also induce joint pain.

Anyway, an FYI if anyone is interested.

Yup, this is what you always hear. They're good, no, they're bad. Who knows?
