I wouldn't consider the storage room above the Eastland kitchen an attic (it doesn't need any remodeling for them to move into, having windows, finished floors, a closet, and the standard Eastland doors you'd see with every other room... and they don't ever call it an attic), but the "Another Room" episode, Season 8, Episode 4 (during the Over Our Heads era) shows them converting the attic space into another bedroom.

All in the family- Cousin Oscar died in the attic room and Lionell stayed with the Bunker's once when he was fighting with his parents and slept in the attic ! OMG , I'd be scared to sleep up there knowing someone had died there !!!:eek: Or was that ep. with Lionell before the cousin Oscar ep.?:confused:
