For a brief time, Full House added "and Lori Laughlin" to its credits. I think it was season three.
Demond Wilson first received a "with" credit on Sanford and Son, and it changed to "and" around season five. I actually think the "and"/"with" credits alternated back and forth.
Not an "and" credit, but Rob Reiner and Sally Struthers's names moved to being before the All in the Family logo at same point. "Rob Reiner/Sally Struthers in..."

In one of the much-later seasons they did this with Shelley Fabares, again with no "as."
Jaleel White received an "As Steve Urkel" credit at some point on Family Matters.
