The signs aren't good. I smell crook. But only way to find out is to blindly send out your money and then kiss it goodbye. Some people do win the lottery, maybe you will. You have just as much chance. :(

Only problem with sending the money is that i don’t k ow his PayPal account and his mailing address. I asked someone else around here about him (he knows about him) and says that he might be retired.
