(The Philadelphia 76ers beat the Brooklyn Nets 112-108.)
(Ralph is sitting down at the Kramden kitchen table. He is upset.)
Ralph (to himself): “Those Nets blew it.”
(Ed comes down all sad. He blows his nose.)
Ed: “It was a dark, dark day Ralph.”
Ralph: “You are telling me Norton. Those Nets lost by 4 points. What a heartbreaker.”
Ed: “So true Ralph. I was crying so much that you can fill up the NYC sewers.”
Ralph: “How could the Nets do this? They are on the verge of losing the series.”
Ed: “They can still come back. Maybe with their backs up against the wall, they will win.”
Ralph: “Yeah. They will just have to run the table. I did a lot of that playing pool games in which I was in a seven game series and lost the first three games.”
Ed: “If you ran the table, you and the table would collapse.”
Ralph (yells): “GEEET OUT! GEET OUT! GEEEEEEEEEEEET OUT!”
(Ed leaves.)
(Jackie walks on stage. Crowd cheers.)
Jackie: “THANK YOU. GOOD NIGHT!”
(Crowd cheers.)
