On our local news they're always showing people dashing onto porches stealing packages. Homeowners have cameras that capture them doing it. They tell you to file a police report but that's kind of useless if you don't have a security camera to show the culprit.

i think the people steeling people call them porch pirates!! you might want to look into getting one of thoses ring door bells!! they got cameras on them!!
