Ugh! Spare me a sitcom that decides to give us a "very special episode". This was nothing but a rehash of the old "All in the Family" episode where Edith loses her faith, only that one was well-written and well-acted. This one was terrible, a pathetic attempt at Emmy bait, and a complete failure.

To me, Mrs. Cooper did not cry hard enough at the bar when she said to her mother, "How can there be a better place for that girl compared to being at home with her family?"
