I thought I had posted this already, but maybe I just had a dream sequence... who knows?
Anyway, I'm curious. Where do shows go once they leave the air and are NOT on high demand for syndication. For example, I remember the show "The Darlings," about the fairy tale family. Where is that now -- collecting dust in the vaults of the production company? Owned by some guy who bought them on ebay and shows them at his home when he pleases?
The reason I am asking is because I wondered if come company like TVLand or N@N (although the majority of us are disgusted with them) could buy them relatively inexpensively, and do fandemonium weekends with them? I would love to see some of those "one-hit" wonders again.
It's just a curiosity thing. I mean, I would think that the production companies might consider putting these shows on video and selling them through Columbia House or some other organization.
So... any ideas?:thought: :quest: :quest: :thought:
