Today on this morning's episode of Who Wants To Be A Millionaire I saw a contestant who was a returning contestant from yesterday's episode from London England and when I saw this contestant I was surprised because I thought that one of the rules of contestant auditions for Who Wants To Be A Millionaire was that contestants had to be residents of the United States and Canada in order to play the game and I never knew that contestants from other countries could play too now. Is this a new rule for Millionaire contestant auditions?
