This ain't funny at all y'all. Danielle Spencer is about as classy, beautiful, and warm as they come. She's sick (https://pix11.com/2018/10/12/whats-happening-co-star-danielle-spencer-is-ailing/). She's been sickly since she was in that car accident with her step-father in the mid-70's. He lost his life saving hers.
Danielle Spencer was not a party girl. She didn't squander her money. She went on to medical school to become veterinarian. She was not one of the child actors who stayed in trouble not that I'm passing judgement on those that did. I'm just making a point.
Danielle Spencer, like so many Black actors and actresses, of that time period was a trailblazer because she paved the way for so many others to do it. What's more than that, she bought us humor and laughter for 27 minutes every week.
Let's pray for her, and donate to her if we can.
