I always thought that Dwayne's true soulmate was Denise, but she broke his heart and married someone else. Whitley was the next best thing, and she was very available. But even Whitley knew that Dwayne was very much in love with Denise.

I'd have to agree I always hoped Dwayne would get together with Denise, I wish she never got married to that boring Martin (yuck)! Denise and Dwayne looked so cute together!:)

Whitley is the only match for Dwayne. I couldn't stand him with anyone else and I couldn't stand her with anyone else. I still cry everytime the episode is on where they get married!

actually Cree Summer (Freddie) and Kadeem Hardison (Dwayne) used to date each other. they were together for a long time. I think 5 years. I'm not sure.

I actually liked Dwayne with Denise. Fictionally they are both from the same town (NY) and both had funky, eclectic styles.

Whitley was cool too and they definitely had chemistry. I just find Lisa Bonet extremely sexy! She was too hot for words in Biker Boys!!!
