...a three disc set of the ORIGINAL Jackie Gleason Show, I wonder if it will actually have episodes of the 50s version of the show. I know that Time Life's demographics for most of their video releases is but I have a hard time believing that they will show episodes of the original JGS due to their age and obscurity.

If they do go through with the release, I wonder what are the chances of them showing the lost B&W Honeymooners sketches and "The Incredible World of Ed Norton." (Yes, I know that it was made in 1970 but still.)

I haven't heard anything about this latest release. Could it just be another small repeat release of a discs that come from their already released 10 disc '70's Jackie Gleason show release? This is what Time life's last "new" release was, just a single disc that came from the 10 disc set. Somehow I think this is just another "repeat" small version of the 10 disc set. Any details on this at all??:confused:

Well, that wasn't helpful. The link you provided was just to an earlier thread in which the subject was what turned out to be that 1 disc repeat release of the 10 disc set. If you read about this 3 disc "new" release anywhere it wasn't here.:confused:

Oh, if you're asking about that PREVIOUS "new" release, the question was already answered in that previous thread, and humbly speaking, by me. But I don't mind repeating myself, it's nothing but repeat discs from the 10 disc set.:rolleyes:
